The incidence rate and mortality rate of gastric cancer are both high. The diagnosis rate of early gastric cancer in China is low, and most patients are already in stage III or IV when they seek medical attention. Despite aggressive treatment, recurrence and metastasis are still common, and the long-term efficacy is discouraging.
Although significant progress has been made in the standardized surgery and comprehensive treatment of gastric cancer in the past decade, there is still a gap in the long-term survival rate of gastric cancer compared to other countries such as Japan and South Korea.
In addition to early diagnosis and treatment, the fundamental reason is how to reduce the recurrence/metastasis probability of gastric cancer.

Our team has found through case collection and research over the past decade that cellular immunotherapy has a surprisingly effective effect on controlling the recurrence/metastasis rate. More than thirty patients with different disease types have not experienced any recurrence/metastasis for over five years. Mr. Wu, who suffers from gastric cancer, has also proven this point after two years of treatment, and there is great hope for him to break through the five-year mark!

In July 2018, Mr. Wu was found to have a high possibility of low-differentiated adenocarcinoma during a gastroscopy. Therefore, a treatment plan similar to the "sandwich biscuit" approach was adopted - that is, adjuvant chemotherapy was used both before and after surgery, with radical gastrectomy in between.
Postoperative pathology revealed ulcerative moderately-to-poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma. Lauren classification is intestinal type, with tumor infiltration to the muscular layer, accompanied by vascular cancer thrombus, no nerve invasion, and lymph node metastasis (3/21).
The general traditional approach is that after conventional treatment, patients do not require additional therapeutic intervention until new recurrence or metastasis occurs, at which point a new round of anti-tumor treatment is restarted.
However, Mr. Wu's pathology presents two major high-risk factors: “vascular cancer thrombus” and “lymph node metastasis”. Clearly, waiting for recurrence/metastasis at home is not an option for him!
So, is there a reliable treatment method during this interval to intervene and prevent potential future “recurrence or metastasis”? After learning about Professor Zhang's NKT technology at Tsinghua University and seeing many patients successfully survive for five years with the goal of “prevention”, he decided to try using to achieve the goal of blocking recurrence/metastasis.

After analyzing Mr. Wu's case, our team conducted NKT immune cell therapy according to the standard protocol of one course per month.

Through timely, systematic, and continuous 20 courses of individualized NKT cell immunotherapy, multiple follow-up imaging examinations of the chest, abdomen, and pelvis showed no clear signs of recurrence or metastasis. CEA, CA72-4, and CA19-9 were all at normal levels. His appetite increased, and he returned to normal life.

Lung CT scan revealed small nodules under the pleura in both lower lobes of the lungs. No significant changes were observed from August 2019 to November 2020, suggesting old changes. During this follow-up examination, no small nodules were found under the left pleura, and regular monitoring is advised.

Abdominal CT scan: A low-density nodule under the capsule in the S8 segment of the right lobe of the liver. From May 2019 to April 2021, its size remained unchanged, with a diameter of approximately 0.4cm, and regular monitoring is advised.

Surprisingly, Mr. Wu was also delighted to find that his hair had increased in volume, becoming thick, black, and lustrous, and his skin had become radiant and rosy. The frequency of winter colds had also decreased!
These phenomena are precisely manifestations of an activated immune system. Because skin and hair are tissues with relatively vigorous metabolism, the cytokines secreted by immune cells can rapidly improve the nourishment of these tissues.
And the decrease in the frequency of colds is also a "benefit" often experienced by patients during treatment - as the overall immune system function improves, it will definitely be more effective in fighting against the invasion of foreign viruses or bacteria.
Therefore, based on this characteristic, we have specifically developed two derivatives of NKT immune cells for skin aging and dryness.
